Salsa

I thought of another use for the Blog. I'm going to document the Salsa routines I'm taught. I've been dancing Salsa for over 2 years but had a 1 year break due to work shift patterns. I'm back now though and catching up to the point I left off. I go dancing locally, in Lee and New Eltham. I'm hoping to find another venue soon, or take up Tango as well.

The first routine is from last Monday's lesson.

123 567 - I go You go
123 567 123 567 - Rotating X-Body LT into closed

Key:
LFST = Ladies Forward Step Turn
LSSS = Ladies Side Step Spin
MSSS = Mens Side Step Spin
X-Body = Cross Body
LT = Late Turn
r>r = Right hand to right hand
for >>> = Move follows on

Not quite worked out the formatting on here so it will have to stand like that until I do. Then I can come back and edit.

That was a really nice routine. I love the two new moves, the Double Titanic and the Rotating Cross Body Lead. I'm going to build both into my repertoire. Thanks for another good one Janet :-)
